He lost my respect when I saw the pride and arrogance from him when he was at Church of the Harvest. He started off humbly when the Smiths gave him their church, West Adams Four Square. The grew quickly due to members from other nearby churches including my home church, West Angeles. He was truly anointed. It went to his head the rapid growth and popularity. He ousted the Smiths out of their church and changed the locks and the name. He then began a friendship with Carlton. They became the pretty preachers thar Black women flocked to. At this time, the title of bishop was popular. He joined the Full Baptist under Paul Morton to attain this. So, Haddon is very right to say that this man arrogant.

Totally agree! I attended the Church during that time and God warned me that I would no longer be able to go to this church and he would tell me when it was time to leave.Maybe weeks went by sitting in the balcony the Holy Spirit said grab ur stuff time to go.. 🏃🏾♀️ I stood up, finger in the air excuse me, excuse me , I was out, that was 95-96 never looked back. Not much later the church moved to Hollywood, shortly after he was involved in a marital scandal and the rest was an entire mess.. 😢 I can attest that when he was operating in his true gifts that Church was 🔥🔥🔥 he is truly anointed however, you can’t serve two masters. 🙏🏿 I pray he finds his way 🏡

Go our separate ways and still remain in the way of our focus and I priority and the calling that God has put on our lives is to preach teach the gospel the good news of Jesus Christ. But when Bishop McClendon literally threw a curse from his platform, it was hurtful, gusting, and downright wrong. That was not the forum or place much like prophesying out loud in service when the tinkling of the cymbal has already changed disrupting the service. Kamala without knowing rebuked like an Apostle or Senior Prophet would for not doing things in decency and in order. That was a political forum not a Pentecostal Church Service. They were out of order and embarrassed themselves and the Church. Mcleandon should have rebuked them in that pulpit not Kamala. To show that we Pentecostals understand decorum.

Deitrick Is the wrong one to be speaking . All of us must keep our garments clean. Yes McLendon did his thing and Deidre done as many others have done, and still are doing. We want people cover Pastors/ Bishops sins! But God Said to un cove the deeds of Darkness. We our not suppose to support it! Yes forgive them But they want deliverance for themselves. Then sit down till God restore them back to their position. But pastors in Bishop today do not want to sit down they want to keep preaching in the pulpit releasing spirits over the people that they are leading as well. Self-control is part of the nine fruits of the spirit. If you are dealing with a spirit of sexual thoughts. You then must fight those spirits on in prayer on your knees fasting and seeking God's word. If that means you have to sit down or go on a sabbatical to deal with that Spirit then we should be able to help myself as leaders and take that position of posture to get Deliverance. Sing the y'all speaking about the election. But the election and what someone said has nothing to do with saying that's going on in the church. So someone is offended by what that Bishop said about I guess Democrats. Then forgive him and move on
