She seems like she’s one of the only ones that doesn’t need the career to feed her own ego or inform her self-worth. She can leave it all behind at any time for her family or friends when they need her. That comes from a stable, loving home environment, and consistent, unconditional love. Most “stars” come into it with no identity or self-love and without the career they would feel as if they were nothing. Celine is grounded, and very smart but down-to-earth enough to admit any mistakes she’s made or short-comings she has.

In my opinion, she’s far out the best Singer-and without any Borders, humoristic person I’ve seen.. Her voice is one I”Ll never forget. I ‘ve never seen a live concert of her. I think it’s because she grew up in poverty. I remember her telling stories to Oprah about her childhood. She comes from a big French Canadian family in Quebec. She had to share a lot of things with her siblings, she had a humble background. When she started singing at around age 12 or 13, then that’s when she started her ascent into super stardom.

@@AndySaenz When I think of Celine, the phrase "It takes a village to raise a child" comes to mind. Her parents certainly had an impact but her siblings, especially those closer to her age must have really helped guide her. I had the good fortune of being able to see her perform at my local university in 1994. Her performance was fantastic and left a big impression on me. Her fame kept building but I don't think anyone could have predicted the impact that Titanic would eventually have. René (her husband) deserves a lot of credit as well. He was a shrewd and honest manager.

Love her. I noticed something interesting. This is first and rare times I have seen Larry not interrupt his guest with his normal rapid fire questioning. And he even responds to her responses instead of just passing over them to jump in to ask another question. He actually lets her talk RIP Renee and Larry King.

Because she is a little cooky, sometimes you don't realize how intelligent she actually is. If you watch her in interviews, she usually answers the question in these beautiful metaphors. She's a very wise and insightful person.

She has said many times that she is always a little nervous and not sure about herself for English interviews, because she still doesn't think she can be confident in her English speaking/expression, ect. If her watch her French interviews (many channels have english subtitles) they are amazing. She's so incredibly kind, genuine, and very intelligent about life. I live for her French interviews and songs.

David C absolutely spot on, she is very intelligent and has such an amazing sense of humor! I love the fact that she is straight forward, honest & she definitely is not afraid to say anything at all. She is who she is, as crazy as that might sound, it's the truth and that's why she has had such an amazing career. She doesn't take her self too serious & to me I don't feel like she has ever took fame to her head. She truly loves to sing & it just so happens she makes a killing doing it. I have watched just about every interview, every show she's been on, every making of all of her songs, true fan here! What I am getting at she isn't fake at all, very talkative, very truthful with her answers doesn't look off to the side at side cards with the answers already on it. That's what I love about her, we her fans she is really here for us!

She always bring us the best of her performance though it might fail sometimes. But as a person, she never fails us. Because of the love of her family, and the fact that she was so young when she started,she never lost inhibitions! She still is a playful child at heart! She has been nurtured totally all her life to bring out her feelings! She was never discipline or reigned in! Celine I live with chronic depression 24/7 since my early 20’s and I’m now 56 years old. Sometimes I’m good but never great so I understand so much how you said when I feel 100% something is wrong. I completely understand that. There are days where I have to reach out and say someone please talk to me. It is rare and it does happen where I just lose my strength and determination to go living. People can and are cruel. They can’t see how you feel inside not on the outside and only if they can visually see your body and how you move slower then they do they cannot understand. Family can be the worst. Celine your music saves me and back to life is where it takes me, God bless you Celine. You are a beautiful grounded woman who I loved each and adore. Yo7 will never know all the lives you have changed for the better.

I did and still do have such a hard situation... There ARE solutions. My first step was to get myself far from negative ones, including Everyone! I found myself more creative, more energetic and much much happier. My most calming time is walking on a book street or library, BACK MORE TO NATURAL REMEDIES, and exercise or workout 100%. After all, remember all the genius personalities struggle with some chronic mental problems. You are one of them. Just search, listen, see, talk and know more and more... No matter what it is... it sends you directly to your deserved position in life. love you xoxo
