This man has way too many dying around him which us not normal. Along with these were people who used drugs with him .Never trust a addict or what they say to you especially when t all times they are the victim. Then you have many blaming his father in particular and mother when they have for years tried to help this man even putting in in mental ward to try to help him,getting in counselling. I will also say that it is very noble of you to pay for his counseling... Bailing someone out of jail is very nice, but what will be your financial obligation if he does not go to court?

He loses whatever collateral he puts up. So he either needs to pay the full bail amount or he pays 10% with collateral to a bail bondsman. They will then come and seize whatever collateral was put up if he doesn’t show. Now they could give Kerrion the money for bail directly and leave it up to him to post it and then he’s not on the hook for anything
