Really had nothing to base him off of but some videos of training and the Vitali match had been awhile and Vitali was relatively new to me at that size. Big fan of all arm wrestlers except mt. Sounds like chance is overtrained and inflamed. Learning how to train for arm wrestling strength and hypertrophy and when to recover could benefit him massively. Super cool humble guy though with pro technique.

Im happy I saw this video. I have the same problem and I wasnt even like focusing on armwrestling but doing heavy chinups because my goal is to get a one arm chinup. And the inflammation is horrible I think the problem was me pretty doing max sets of 3 like two times a week on chinups and also heavy bicep curls to go along. Recovery is really underrated Im definitly gonna take what larry said to heart and only go heavy once every 2 weeks max.
