I like how small the window is. It acts like a parry. But they can change the cost of Hissatsu Seigan(the counter attack) from 15 kenki to free. Would be a nice buff and encourage you to use it more. Also buff merciful eyes heal.

Ok but for real though, the line about waiting for the tank has really made me feel justified when I'm just trying to chill and take my time and then the dps just sprint ahead and tank the boss for a few hits when they don't need to.
