One thing I noticed about this small conversation between the two of them is that not once did Brian mention where he or his band had been nor did he try to brag or one up Lars. It shows how much class he has and respect he has for his peers.

True! But the reason for the flags is you can not go forward into the future unless you know where you came from in your past - they see the places they have been over the last 40 years whenever they are creating NEW songs for the future in that room. That, I think, is the point of the flags in there...

It was cold as shit out, and a little , dude. Future rocker about 7-8 years old came up to get his shirt sighed as was so happy to meet him that the little man said i wanna be just like you when i grow up and rock!!!. The little guy gave him the horns sign. The father was telling him that the little boy always played the back in black album all the time and made a cap like brian wheres. Brian and angus were touched by that and as the boy and his dad were leaving. Brian called the little boy back. Picked him up and took a pick with him and angus and brian took off his cap and gave it to the boy. Hes was so happy

Like yeah, you have Metallica here and there, but there are so many movies with back and black, and just AC/DC in general, its hard to talk about them all. But I also love metallica. Creeping Death is one of my favourite songs, especially live. Both Metallica and AC/DC are great bands, but they shouldnt be compared. They arent the same kind of music. And hell, I could say the same about metallica being popular in the 90's. The last BIG BIG hit metallica had was Enter Sandman back in 91. The last BIG BIG hit AC/DC had was also in 91, Thunderstruck. Your arguements dont work.

@@bill2527 that’s like your opinion dude! Music is a subjective and personal experience. Stick to what you like and let others stick to what they like. It’s not a playground competition, let’s put on our big boy pants and be adults.

Wow getting a little defensive talk about being an adult, try not being so emotional and getting butthurt it's not that important, you'll be ok!
@Grimeyhoob
@Grimeyhoob 3 жыл бұрын
@@bill2527 I didn’t get butthurt at all. Just saying that music is subjective and saying “X band is better than Y band” is a useless comment since everyone has their own tastes. I am not getting defensive man, I think that’s you. All I said was it’s not a competition.

I'm met the boys from Down Under when they were recording in Vancouver at Little Mountain Sound for their big comeback album Razor's Edge. It was all very interesting to watch them work and be so focused on doing good work and treating the staff there like people, not paid servants. Chris Slade was a lot of fun to talk to as I was a great fan of jazz and reminisce about his time in other bands and some of the tours they did with other Canadian bands.
