Tampons ugh they suck!!! Tried it two times never gonna use it again! Pads are much more comfortable✌️and we don't have to change it after every 2-3 hours even during excess blood Flow. Hit like if you prefer Pads over cups/tampons.

The only problem of periods is cramps you can manage stress pain and discomfort bloating etc BUT this cramps especially when this pain start during exams practicals festival outing taking medicines arranged that good alternative because it leads to a habit and later on you have to go for more number of pills

I'm not sure if green tea is advisable though. I don't take tea when on periods. Anything acidic isn't good for cramps. But peppermint tea reduces bloating and doesn't hurt.
