Watching Chet could really help some people learn how to act at work. He needed DEF so since he needed to return the chains to their proper place ( 😮). Whilst he was there he filled the DEF fluid BUT instead of pulling out his phone while the DEF was pumping he cleared the snow away from the doorway and so on. He never stands around and waits to be told what to do. How can you not want to be better at your own job. I noticed that some people can keep themselves busy and some can’t- who would you hire? Eric is the same, most farmers are the same or they wouldn’t survive. I always worked for family and wanted them to appreciate me. I didn’t want them to give me a chance at a job and then be in the awkward position to have to fire me. I did a lot of work on cars- from turning wrenches to bodywork. I never walked to my toolbox, I trotted I guess you’d say. I just always wanted to be the best at whatever I was doing. Once I learned a skill, I got to take that skill with me to my next job. That made me more valuable to any employer. I don’t know why I am the way I am but I’m grateful to my parents for raising me the way they did. I’ve always been successful for the most part. It would seem that Chet’s parents have done the same for him. Chet may be tired and bruised but I’m willing to bet that most days he’s exceptionally happy! Thanks for showing the value of a hard day’s work

Ours Prays are with ya'll. A true farmer, save that barrel we will use it someday. How many time have we all said that. That is like wire and a pair of pliers, you can fix anything, at least until it rains.
@augustreil3 жыл бұрын
We make burning barrels from 55 gallon drums also. After cutting the top off obliviously, we cut 4 V, V, V, V's into the lower section about 5'' off the bottom and 4 V's into the center that are offset from the bottom ones. You just cut the V pattern and tap the point into the barrel about an inch or two. Set the barrel on 3 blocks and use a sharpened 5' - 6' pry bar and ram it through the center bottom to let water drain. An old school round aluminum death saucer sled with a garage door handle, bolted in the center works perfect for a cover. Been doing this for 45yrs, they breath and burn crazy !! Edit: The V patterns are about 5'' long on each side and a 5'' distance from tip to tip across at the top.

For the Big Swede or whoever it may concern. In most hardware stores in the glue , Loctite , & Adhesive Department look for Goop. At Wally World in the shoe department it's called Shoe Goo and in the similar department as hardware stores, again Goop! Works on all areas of foot apparel. Rough up the leather on your steel toes apply and it's a good protector. My children also used it to repair the pivot foot shoe of their $150 to $200 basketball sneakers!!!

Leave the top on the chemical tote. Filters will fit through the lid on the top. No water will get in and you will not have to let water run out of the bottom from rain. When it is time to dispose of the filters you can remove the top. Rain water running over the used filters and onto the ground will cause pollution and the dirt from the filters will splash onto the building.
