Hello hello! You now know what the voice box looks like. Lots of structures, right? Tell us what other topics on the anatomy of the neck you'd like us to cover. It's time to put your knowledge on the larynx to the test! Check out this quiz: khub.me/qbt11 Good luck! :)

This subject really shows how weak most notebooks + professors of anatomy are in explaining complex things... struggled so much trying to put everything in its place.. Really happy I decided to watch this great explanation 2 days before my ENT final.. I honestly don’t understand why every structure has many names... this confuses students and eventually may affect patients in the future.. All this could’ve been much much easier if there was some sort of organization instead of throwing a bunch of nonsense at you to figure out by yourself! Really appreciate this video.. thank you so much

Can you explain the relation of the movement of the Aryepiglottic folds and the Vestibular folds please? You can see the aryepiglottic folds move together by just looking in the mouth anterior view correct? I was wondering the relationship of their movement to the vestibular folds. Does one control the other? Thank you!

At around 21.20 you talk about the Lateral “cricothyroid” m. when it’s acting in isolation. Am I right in assuming this is in error and you mean the Lateral cricoarytenoid m.?
