Growing up in the 90's really was a magical time. Spent way too many family vacations here. Thanks for the memories!

That's how I remember it, too. That was Vegas for me...good times with family back in the distant day. I miss it, even though it's beautiful today as well. Thank you for sharing.

Married Sep. 1st of 1995 at the Wedding Gardens Chapel, which then had a reality show for 2 seasons and then torn down for high-rise condos. A great time for Vegas

Great footage! My first visit was in 1982 when I stayed at the Stardust. Saw the Siegfried and Roy show at the Riviera then. My first visit after 1982 was in 2010, and wow, so much was added and removed for good and the bad.

When MGM removed the lions and the Wizard of Oz theme, the hotel lost their identity.

Absolutely incredible footage! This was taken at the same summer that I visited Vegas for the first time at age 13. I was (and still am) into House music too! Thank you for this.

I always liked The Mirage. Simple but attractive, the building had a shimmer to it.

Back when people would crowd the sidewalk & wait for the Mirage volcano to erupt or watch the pirate ship battle! MGM Theme Park & Grand Slam Canyon’s indoor roller coaster! Best times!

Hi L’embastillé! I am making a self funded short documentary film about a video game player that frequently traveled to Vegas in the 90s. Wondering if I can get your permission to use a short 4 second clip of your Vegas footage in my edit? I would give your channel credit in the credits. Please let me know. Thanks!

Hi, You can credit me with my channel, that would be fine. As for the link to your film, can you leave it in comment in this thread? Thank you

Yes, we can credit you with your channel! We can definitely leave a link in this comment, but we won't be able to post it publicly until mid 2025 when we are done going through the film festival circuit. If you like, you can always email me and I can send you a private link!
