its hard when your defensive assignment is Stewie or Jonquel. they can roll and kill you or pop out. so she is forced into a pick your poison kind of thing. she is prolly being coached to live with the one on one matchup of whoever is on SAB. Aces are too small for us. this offseason they need to draft some length.

NY Liberty continues to grow as they got a 2-0. Sabrina has grown up. As for Vegas, they almost stole this game and Becky looks like she lost a few years from her life in game 1 and this game. However, I can’t countout the Aces yet especially playing at home. Game 3 (and possibly game 4.) gonna be critical.

Maybe now certain fans will understand that it's all about the TEAM and not just ONE player. The Legit TWO players that finished 2nd and 3rd in the MVP voting had horrible NIGHTS shooting the ball. Napheesa Collier tonight was 3/14 shooting with just 9 pts. Breanna Stewart was 5/15 total and 0/5 from 3s for a total of 15 pts. But both of those TEAMS won. So folks stop with the Narratives that ONE player is going to carry a TEAM in the playoffs. Even Jordan didn't carry the TEAM by himself.

the clear differences between last year's Finals versus this year's series is NY's height & length advantage, plus their improved chemistry --- the Aces are much smaller & having a tougher time shooting against NY's bigger players... Hammond has to ultimately make an adjustment by putting Wilson on Stewart defensively & assigning Stokes, Egbo or maybe even Gustafson on JJ; KP is usually very dependable on defense, but she's been getting cooked by Sabrina on defense these first 2 games... Clark on Sabrina may be a better matchup, but any of Vegas' smaller guards (KP, Young, Hayes, Colson) is pretty much BBQ chicken for no.20 on offense

Naw new york got the same starting 5 as last year with 1 exception so their length isn't the problem they always been long. the fact is New York got better Vegas didn't. In fact they got worse. No bench. No center. New York improved bench and has a scoring center and Sabrina has developed into a playmaker not just a spot up shooter.

Sabrina didn't have that stop and pop pullup from the mid range last year, or she rarly did it. I don't think she was doing floaters in the lane either. Her adding that to her game opens up the floor a lot because now she can hurt you if ran off the line. Great win.

Wow amazing performance by whole New York Liberty tonight. The rotation that Sandy and the new York liberty coach executed today was superb and amazing. This Jumbo roation was not only phenomenal and amazing they went out there and did their thing tonight and was to win. This was a physical game tonight. But tonight the New York Liberty showed they have complete team and players to win a playoff game during the post season and preseason and the pieces as well. And not only that aslo the players that have the ability to execute to win playoff games as well. And they also showed tonight they have complete players to win playoff games effectively as well. Sabrina and Stewart lead the first half in points and made several phenomenal plays during the game. That goes individually and collectivity this preseason and post season playoff time as well. I definitely believe this jumbo rotation is what they should go on using moving forward against Las Vegas Aces with players on the liberty able to switch defensively and still play phenomenal defensive and interrupt the Las Vegas offensive from the opening minute to the final minutes of the game. Due to liberty defense and offense the Las Vegas Aces has lost this game and the second game of this series. And that was phenomenal from the New York liberty and you have to give them credit for their defensive plays through out whole game getting stops and stealing and out rebounding the Las Vegas Aces. But what stands out to me for this game that the Las Vegas was completely out played by the phenomenal defensive and offensive played tonight in Tuesday game. And the New York liberty rotation was phenomenal tonight .That just show the phenomenal growth of this team through the season between preseason and through the season in general.And Sabrina as well she has an excellent game with Breanna Stewart on the offensive end and defensve end. I definitely believe Sabrina and Breanna understood sharing the ball in the jumbo rotation tonight phenomenally.And knew they had to be involved of the offensive and the defensive end as well. And that extends to every player part of the jumbo rotation of the New York liberty. The key word before tipoff was the word was win and that what they did tonight. And they all should be proud of tonight perfomance. Because they won and they won at home as well.They should proud of tonight perfomance collectivity a statement win. It was good to see Kennedy Burke get reduced minutes seven minute this game.She definitely is a nonfactor for this series and good she a was only used for low minutes minutes for this Sundaygame. You dont want burke d'angelo russell causing you guys to loss this series. Starting Nyra Sabally and aslo a great decision as well tonight . The new York liberty defense need to continue need to hold these players for the fewest point possible for first round playoff series Aja Wilson, Chelsea Gray, Jackie Young and Alysa Clark. And defend well on Kesley. They executed well on Sunday game and they need to continue that phenomenal performance for the rest of this series against the Las Vegas Aces. And aslo defend excellent against the players that Becky Hammon will lean in through this series. Player stats and liberty leaders for this game Stewart 15 points 8 and 7 rebounds in 37 minutes of basketball play. And 5-15 FG. Sabrina with 24 points 5 assists and nine rebounds in 37 minutes of basketball playing time. And 9-18 FG from the field goal line. Laney hamilton 3-9 from the Field Goal line with eight points played phonomenal defense tonight.Jonquel Jones the Bahamian beast with 14 points 8 rebounds and four assists in 34 minutes of playing time. Fiebich had six points tonight and played excellent defense tonight . And Vandersloot had 12 points coming from the bench tonight.And Kayla Thornton had none points but played excellent defense tonight. And This New York Liberty team is an elite and dangerous 3 point team and defensively and offensively as well that love to win and know how to win. I believe during the and several games during the regular get enough credit as a team and individual players of what they do offensively and defensively and tonight I'm giving them Credit the fans definitely gave them credit for packing the stadium. They all deserve the credit tonight excellent win tonight by the New York Liberty and excellent basketball game. Lets keep moving forward and keep winning more playoff games go Liberty Nation.
