Swoopes was listening to NaLyssa Smith, who the Fever just traded. Not just for mocking Caitlin's eye injury in a social media post with her girlfriend, the woman who injured her, but because she was toxic in the Fever locker room and had a terrible relationship with her coach. I'm waiting for Swoopes to blame Caitlin for NaLyssa's trade and say the Fever will be hurting without her.

Most of the WNBA insiders as well as the WNBA fans are thoroughly tired of Sheryl Swoopes continually flapping her gums and being so utterly negative about any player in the league who is outstanding in any way and who helps to actually promote the WNBA. So what does Cheryl gain from being so utterly negative about outstanding women players? Well, besides hoping that people will look at her outlandish clothing I would venture that she is hoping that the publicity will help her remain relevant. Maybe the league should start a hall of infamy so that Cheryl can be the first entrant.
