Yes, especially the gold trim on the drapes...they accentuate the yellow vases well and bring in the light. Otherwise the room can be a tad dark/dramatic which I also love. Good to see you, Maureen 💖

@@alexisluxurytravels1 Yes, Gilby was my dog. He is up in the big kennel in the sky now, but he was a beautiful black Labrador. He loved sleeping inside on the carpet, so he would have loved that carpet in your suite. He didn't like high buildings particularly though as he wasn't a fan of stairs, but as long as he could be whisked up in the elevator that would be okay. :) Do you have any pets ?

I did, it was a bearded dragon lizard, his name was Basil. Still missing him every so often. Gilby sounded so sweet...clever too!

Very nice. Lord knows I love panoramic views in my room. That's why I opted to get the 2 bedroom Grand Lakeview Suite at Bellagio instead of just the one bedroom version. It has more windows that span across the entire living room! A trivial reason to spend extra, but it's what I want!

Hi Alexis, you’re always bring us the best hotels of the world. But( I’m sorry to say that) the hotel have all that dark colors, patterns, textures... the Art Deco presence is beautiful, but mixed with that bed... don’t get angry with me, but I couldn’t stay for a long there.

Hi Fred, how could I get mad at you for pointing out both the positives and negatives - you're trying to be fair, right? And also very gentlemanly :) The way I see it, this suite has attributes that far outweigh a couple flaws. I'd like to see a fancier bathroom, for one...but then that's evidently the forte of the Italian high-end hotels (check out my videos about Milan/Venice/Rome) But I do love the bedroom - I've never slept so well haha. And so I was happy as a clam the entire stay.
