Being in that hotel feels as if you're inside the Louvre, peeping over the windows. So cosy. I'm in Paris RN, in spring for the first time, I wasn't expecting it would be this pretty. Well hello my friend, I’ve missed you. Your plane food actually looked quite delicious but then Air France always does it right. The chocolates were amazing pieces of art! I love how you film all the details. Fabulous room with absolutely stunning views. I’d have a hard time leaving the room. Classic Chanel double flap, beautiful bag. The afternoon tea at The George was perfection. The Pont Neuf has been standing since the start of the 17th century (yes, I looked that up) and isn’t that just mind blowing! The iconic green metal chairs at the Luxembourg gardens…I’ve spent many a happy moment on those. Oh how I miss Paris. Thanks for taking me along with you. I could almost taste the baguettes 🥖. ❣️

@@alexisluxurytravels1 Paris was a dream, not being there for the Tour final made this a true holiday in that i just wondered! The Latin Quarter was alive and bustling, everywhere there was a thousand people, every café full and the noise of conversation was deafening. The fun is finding where to eat and we found some great places, though i always have preconceived ideas that what i order is going to be what I'm expecting to be placed in front of me and to my delight it always had that French twist ( the profiteroles were outrageous!). Versailles - breath-taking, along with the lunch next to the boating lake, Foie gras and a beer...what can i say! Highlight of shopping along the Champs-Elysees, Macaron from Pierre Herme and lunch at café George V....though don't think it was all food! Sitting and having a coffee and people watching Parisian style...the dream. Until the next time, warm wishes, Adrian Uk

If anyone is watching and yearns for a dash of luxury, if you’re in a tourist hotel in a city, book afternoon tea in one of the best hotels. A pot of tea in the Rivoli bar of the Ritz ( comes with shortbread ) costs about the same as a Costa coffee and cake- but is much more of a treat.

Best comment ever! Now sure is the perfect time to be in Paris. To go there and have a bit more fun with a new hotel/foods/garden in spring...so you've noticed 😀My room was very quiet, a complete sanctuary from the noisy street - you have the amazing bridge and then you have the busy street. The trade-off is worth it, I think 🌷

@@Gordon_2000 I used to believe Xmas/New Year period is ideal for travel because it's such festive/happy time. Now spring seems perfect as I can see trees turn green and flowers in bloom. The next video will show more of Paris in spring, you'll like it 🌸

@@a.kaiser8965 True that it's very expensive...wish I could stay longer too haha. But since the hotel is brand new, the rates might come down later as the novelty wears off - hopefully :) Yep guess I did paint the room with light so it could glow...you sure got good eyes!

Hahaha!! Thank you for sharing. You had a great stay at the Four Seasons George V. It looks very nice to stay there with the beautiful service of the staff. You room was very nice with the enclosed balcony looking onto the street. Was there a curtain that would come down to separate the enclosed balconies from looking over into each there? Also, I love the bath tub there in your room!!! I saw the big white curtain that comes down to cover the outside from looking into the bathroom. That is very nice. Really very nice and again thank you for sharing your beautiful stay there in Paris.

So nice to see you back in France, we love you showing us your Chanel bags.....(how many do you have and is it the only designer you wear?) The view on this hotel was fabulous how do you narrow down which place you want to stay in a city that has so many high end hotels? The only thing that we would like to see (minor issue) is you move the camera to fast when filming the food and we get dizzy lol. However we truly enjoy watching your vlog:)

P.S. True that Paris is the city of impressive palaces. And I love them all - but the feel of the room is my no.1 priority. You can agree/disagree with the hotel's definition of comfort - no matter the remarkable degree of luxury. Great question!

I would love to return to Paris. Alexis, have you ever eaten at the restaurant Le Procope? It is not far from your hotel the place is very old and historical Benjamin Franklin ate there. I would highly recommend it! C'est tellement bon.

Thanks so much for the tip. I figured douceur means gentle and fluide means fluid - so maybe it's something light for rinsing the hair with a la francais, or a body lotion like Lancome rose water - but of course it's a gentle lotion for the face i.e. makeup remover. You're the best!

We will Not be staying at Cheval Blanc in Paris!!!!! Nice hotel just in the wrong city. When Iam in Paris or any where in France, I want all things French, architecture,clothes, food, culture, etc. The hotel is cold looking and I would never eat there either, just not the vibe I look for in France. . Just our opinion!!! But I still like your travel blogs!!!!🤗
