Love the virtual quick tour of house in intro. Nice way to keep viewers wanting to see more! I saw this house video last week from Erik Valdovinos Mendoza at Platinum Real Estate and fell in love. I just wish there was a kitchen pantry since there is limited cabinetry, the front yard landscaping and rock/iron fencing dates the home and the Casita should have been built out more with a bathroom to be used as living quarters if needed. It’s priced nicely for what you get, but the walk up should have been equally aesthetically pleasing as the indoors. This by far was my favorite video of yours. Less talking allowed me to visualize my furnishings in this home. Great job!

Hey AG. Happy New Year!🎉 Ok, this home needs higher ceilings ! All is great ,but means nothing with the low ceilings ! And dead pine trees! Mr.Lopez does a great job . For the price ! Too much to see now ! I do understand dealing with subs 😖🤑😤. Higher ceilings ,new windows,new insulation, new plumbing, new electrical. That's easy $$$$$$. Architect Plzz !
