This week we were invited by the management of the fabulous Eataly Las Vegas at the Park MGM, to come over for a personal guided tour! Marketing Manager Ginevra Santopietro walks us through all the stations in this huge 40,000 square foot extravaganza of Italian food and wine, and tells stories as we go along. Hi there - and yes, they told us they invited us because they had seen our Park MGM video, and wanted to basically have another chance. They appreciated how forgiving and gracious we were when we didn't get served on opening day.

Great video! The pizza and pasta restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced for Las Vegas. You can sit on the balcony and watch people walking by, which is always entertaining!

If you pressed me for a recommendation right now, I would say Venetian and Palazzo are romantic and elegant. Bellagio is romantic and elegant. The Wynn and Encore are romantic and elegant. You can’t go wrong with those. ❤️❤️

I learned something today about Eataly, My Italian roots are from Campania, Naples Area as well. My Grandmother cooked all the fresh pasta, and meat dishes back in the day which became a family tradition.. My oldest son and family are preparing to move to Italy in the not too distant future. They are learning Italian and applying for dual citizenship. Small World!

50th anniversary?! OMG well congratulations - you two must have this relationship thing all figured out because that is an amazing run!! We are so glad you enjoy our content, and are out there watching us and cheering us on. To be clear, I don't do any editing at all - that is all Dale. I write the scripts for our vlogs, do the research, and then he records the voiceover and creates the story, with video and music.

Wow I've walked through the place a dozen or so times and this video tour makes it all come together. Hope all the stations get open soon. I bought a steak there last BBC year as and had them cook it with their spices and olive oil. It was one of the best steaks I ever had. That steak and some crusty bread fed me for 3 meals. Of course it needed to for the price.

I had a chocolate croissant and hot chocolate there. That chocolate was dark and so good with whipped cream on top. Croissant was out of this world also.
