The thing you’re missing is that with the Raiders Ben can pick his own GM and have a major influence on personnel decisions. Not up against an established toxic culture in terms of the GM. He’s actually gonna be the person that gets to set the new culture. Marc Davis will stay out of his way.

Wow you all throwing shade like that against the Raiders really. Just a few years ago you all was in a similar situation. 1. Everyone keeps making Mark Davis mistakes a thing like it matters anymore. It doesn't. Davis pulled off a Vegas Move when no one thought you could get a franchise their thats pretty legit business maneuvering. Raiders are no longer struggling for cash they are making a killing in Vegas. Davis has the best stadium and best facilities in the league. Unlike some owners he cares and only cares about winning. 2. The reason Davis mistakes no longer matter is Tom Brady as a minority owner. Davis had given him full control of Football decisions defering to whatever Brady wants which equals basically new Owner Management it will be ran differently. Davis doesn't meddle he hires someone to run the Football side and backs off. Brady is going to fix us. 3. Ben Johnson sees a organization that is going to give him alot of control to shape the roster how he sees fit. With so much cap space and not bogged down by bad contracts he can make the Raiders into his vision. 4. Jarrod Goff was a mediocre middle of the pact QB at best he was no longer looked at as a Franchise QB until Ben turned him into one. He can do it again with whoever he identifies as that QB. 5. Raiders have good defensive pieces Ben mostly just needs to fix the offense which will make ths defense alot better with not being put into bad positions all the time.
