Oh my gosh, you had me laughing when you shared your fun payouts on the slots. I felt your joy when you got out of bed to play to make your accelerator m life tier credits to 20 thousand. I too experienced your excitement as hubby and I were there september 5th. I've done those crazy mileage runs to maintain carrier status! Never had Thanksgiving or Christmas all those years working for Southwestern Bell/ AT&T! Now I'll never have to buy another flight ticket again! No Christmas/ New Year's holiday in Vegas this year as I'll be headed to Hawaii next month! Yay! Way to go TEAM CLARE! I was exhausted just watching you! Up and down gambling, JACKPOTS, getting those points and that mileage! I don't know how you do it all. Looking forward to wherever you are headed next! You are gold chasing platinum, I'm pearl chasing gold. However, I don't have any vacation days left this year so I can't go to Vegas! I only have about 2,500 tier points left to get to gold by the end of the month so I am jacking off my MGM Master Card like crazy ordering Christmas gifts for the grandkids! Making sure I spend enough this month to get there. Used to be gold all the time when husband was alive, but since he's passed, it's harder to keep that tier level just on my one solo trips! Can't wait for Day 6!

Just realized you are the perfect person to ask. When do the tier points get applied? As you make charges on the MGM Master Card, or when the statement closes each month, or when you pay the statement? Someone thought they would notify you as soon as you achieved it. I'm just assuming you have the MGM Rewards Master Card since you're so savvy about points and you get 3X points when you spend at any MGM property, etc.
