Greetings in Islam Sir. Once again, an excellent review and we, your viewers, are most grateful. The food, as per your review tastes outstanding for which, compliments are extended to the staff in the kitchen. A point of note is one’s dissapointment in noticing the 3 members of staff in the kitchen not wearing overalls/aprons and hair nets/caps. The absence of the afore-mentioned PPE is not only potentially a health hazard, it is also a safety hazard for the staff. The reason why kitchen staff were chefs’ white jackets and trousers is that should they catch fire, they are fire resistant and can be removed quickly. The staff member wearing a T-shirt would stand no chance if it caught fire as it would immediately stick to his body causing untold damage. I trust this feedback is received with the pure intention it is offered. Allah hafiz..
