Love it. Making the connector out of five pieces was inspired, and the gluing jig! I'm going to sit in the corner now and chant "I must *not* order a laser cutter". I don't have the space.

It is not made of only bamboo, you also used glue

Such a super nice material, baboo. Why are we even using normal wood today?

Wife: "Hey honey, can you go do the dishes and throw the garbage and those bamboo strips?" Him: "Mmm what if I buy a laser cutter and use them instead of throw them away? 🤔" 3 days later.. Wife: "Did you throw the garbage?" Him: "Ohhh, that's what I needed to do!" 😂😂😂 I don't know why I got the feeling that this happened with your new invention, btw thank you for sharing with us a little piece of your brain!! Your videos are awesome!!

Hi Leo! Do you have this project in dxf file?
@offinthehaed Жыл бұрын
Leo You Da Man ! ! ! for real though, the thing I liked best was the jig and line-up pins that clamped too....this is how one gets paid.

Very cool. And cutting it out of curved bamboo 🤯
@JCWren2 жыл бұрын
Putting a Japanese lantern style "shade" inside and a LED bulb, and it'd make a really nice hanging light that shows off the bamboo.

It seems like it would be easier to put together the five-part vertex pieces if they connected like jigsaw puzzle pieces.

Then you could not assemble the links between vertexes.

Leo, do you know if that laser is available in the US?
@leosbagoftricks37322 жыл бұрын
It's not, the company is just starting out and is too small to do export

How did you get the plastic place holders out?
@leosbagoftricks37322 жыл бұрын
Just remove the rubber band and slide the nails out one by one, the plastic part just falls off.

You should get an exhaust filter, don’t you know what that is?
