I’m having troubles with mine. I got it today and used it for at least half an hour but then it started saying “Bluetooth device ready-“ but it cuts out and glitches and keeps on saying that. It doesn’t let me pair it with my phone and I’ve been keeping it on its charger but once it’s charged it still does that

I seem to have a problem with mine.Brand new and when I try to charge it from a computer or the car port after using it about 30minutes into it the speaker resets itself and says 'Bluetooth Device Ready To Pair'.The only reason why it would do that I think is battery is flat yet when I charge it even for 10 hours straight the red light is always on.The manual says that when the battery is fully charged the red light turns off.No matter how long I charge it for I can only get around half an hour out of this thing before it stalls.Frustrating as hell! Any advice?

Louise Cassidy haha enjoy it! Just be gentle when charging it, over time too much force the charge port breaks and falls back inside the speaker! Keep the receipt!

Louise Cassidy no unfortunately not. Unless you take it apart and cut the wires, which I did, I found battery last longer too!

hi i have found u can switch the lights off just hold the M with the sun underneath till it switchs off u will have to do this every time u switch the device on and off but atleast u dont have to cut wires. u may have to hold it twice but 100% works on mine (same type an brand)

Looks like maybe flick the back off, no screws that I can see. Not gonna muck with it though, let's just see how it performs over time, face the thing to the wall or cover it with a black cloth! Or maybe just enjoy the light show. Lou.
