Thanks so much! Yes, it really is a dream workspace and I'm very picky about what tools I bring in (although a ton of tools are crammed into the makeshift closet I made behind that plank wall). I'm renting the space in a big building with four other makers. They're all really great to have around. You can see Ed, the landlord, poking his head in to chat about midway through the video. ha!

I assume you sealed the wood and stain before adhering the acrylic? What do you use?

Yes, I used four coats of an exterior Krylon finish. I originally had a entire segment in the video on sealing but it got cut because it was super boring (you can see the can between the two Glowforge lasers).
