I am having the same issue since 3 days mine is a converted 3 kw fibre laser machine which had been running great but one day I had alarm in one of the y axis drives then both the drive of alarm OL1 and since then I am just trying to get it rectified the lines are getting all wiggly after a while we start cutting the pieces. We have checked the reducers and motors also the alarm has gone but the wiggles are just being persistent. Don’t know what’s happening but I kind of suspect the rail guides now.
