Stick with 100% cotton. The poly blends tend to burn easily and turn crispy. Denim lasers perfectly with a CO2; I've done jeans, jackets, overalls, bags, and even Christmas ornaments that I made from old jeans.

The diode laser shirt looks great (fall leaves) For the Co2 shirts, it might have been a little hot, where the shirt was wet, all is good, where the shirt dried there are a few little holes starting to form.
