Is it possible to break up methane molecules with a strong laser or concentrated sunlight in normal air or methane enriched air in cowsheds and swamps gass leaks... to reduce the Methane condent... without the builtup of climate active Ozone in the Atmosphere?

You use one polariser...or two ....to polarisation...
