The SC320 SC322 error code is Laser synchronization error.

Another 2501L machine, matter is not print. A blank page come out.. Development joint is ok. Developer is not too low Drum, charge roller, blade repalced PCU gears is ok. If LD unit creating issue, have replaced another LD UNIT, BUT, nothing changed. Page is blank with some developer on page. Is this PCU Problem or Laser unit problem.

This indicates a developer problem. I don't know how you can check the dewloper level? You wrote that the developer is in the right amount - there is no way you can check it. @@MrRicoh on old developer, toner image on drum should be create or not. It will be surely too light But i think image should create. Another confusion is that developer T28 (B1219640 for india ) work with 2501L or fully not work?

In this copier model, I only use the D1589640. I used to try TYP-28 but had problems. Take out the magnetic shaft and check 5 gears.

i have my ricoh 2501 the problem is when copiying is to light what is caused.

Ricoh MP 2501 copier is a simple structure. If the copies are clear then: - replace the developer (always 60,000 copies) - replace drum, cleaning blade and charge roller (always every 60,000 copies) - clean the scanner section - if the first copy is dirty from the other side, it is a symptom that you have low quality toner, so don't use it, just put in the original toner. Original toners for this Ricoh model are very cheap.

sir the same as above video , i tried cleaning the laser glass, the problem has been solved but iam able to see the horizontal white thick line and the images r disappereared in that particular line, can u tell what is the problem ?

Take out the Charge Unit and clean everything, it should help.

Now check the mirrors in the optics section, but cleaning the laser glass should help.

You can gently clean the Polygon Totor Mirror AX060420 or replace it with a new one if cleaning does not help.
