hello, I received the machine, but I am facing some problems with the equipment, the bluetooth does not connect to my notebook and in the scroll configuration the image only comes out in 1 position (ONLY IN THE VETICAL LAYER) the image does not come out in a standing position in the horizontal position. Could you help me please, Im trying to engrave flask water bottles but I can’t seem to get the design to go around the whole bottle and the preview for it only shows a line without it turning the bottle and showing me exactly where it is going to go. Plus the max hight and width for it is also confusing me when I go into the preview
