Watched One Love today at the cinemas. Watching this movie has totally changed my knowledge about Bob Marley. I now understand all his songs were about the struggles of a little boy born out of wedlock not having a father figure growing up to all the songs he wrote was during the time Jamaican Nation was split in two of civil unrest and political wars.... most of his hit songs were about the struggle no wonder he wrote the song Soweto he understand what Black South Africa was going through... Much Love Rita Marley❤❤❤❤ thank you for showing a personal insight of his life I also hope they would have also shown the part when Bob Marley was in his dieing days the Chief Rabbai from Ethiopia visited him and prayed for him.... Whenever I find a new Bob Marley song that I've never heard before, it immediately becomes my favorite. If you've never heard "CRY TO ME"...listen to that song Top of the list for me: (i) WAR, (ii) CRY TO ME, (iii) EXODUS, (iv) THREE LITTLE BIRDS, (v) ONE LOVE... Growing up in Jamaica, I remember my mom playing Three Little Birds all the time while cooking...that's how I knew my belly was about to be filled...is when I heard that song...
