🇰🇷The day Yun got the gold medal was on Lunar New Year’s day in Korea (we call the day as Seollal). We bow on New Year’s day in Korea. That’s why he did a Korean traditional bow at the end. He is the first Asian athlete to ever win the overall title in the Skeleton World Cup. 🇰🇷🇰🇷 So proud of him!

ill admit, im totaly ignorant in what it takes to perform well in this sport, so when i watched Physical 100 and in the first episode where everyone kinda feared this guy because he had such a beastly reputation, i laughed when i found out he was a skeleton racer. again, im totally ignorant, so i dont mean to offend anybody and this sport, but i just thought it was kinda funny how everyone was scared of a guy who sleds on his tummy.

@@yangg oh in the end, i thought he was a total beast. to be fair even when i first saw him i thought he looked insanely built, i just thought his profession was kinda funny. i ended up rooting for him and wanted him to make it to the final quest, and even though he got beat in the second to last quest, i had much more respect to him for making it that far and i would hope that if they ever do a season 2 then he would come back. i think he woulda done extremely well in the final quest, id even be willing to bet he woulda won.
