I had a thought from nowhere about ten minutes ago about tobogning ( I thought it was called that ) so I looked it up and found this vid. I wanted to do this as a kid, ( I used to book and skate with other kids down a certain paved pedestrian hill down from the Angel. The times one of us would scrape our shoes and fail to stop and go straight across the road at the bottom). i watched it on the b/w telly. Then one forgets these things. After watching a few minutes. I got this rush inside me from my guts to my chest. It felt soo nice. I still want to try this. I'm nearly 70. If I'm gonna go I rather go doing something I wanted to do, not by some bloody virus. Is it expensive ? Do you have to buy expensive clothes? Do you have to have your own sleigh? I don't expect to get insurance cover. I do expect there would be a waver I have to sign? Does anyone know who I could contact . Thanks.

i invented a variant of this goind downstream on rapid with my goggles down the water same position, the catchy part are the stones that are under water and you must evade. I show them to my friend and they love it, back then i said we should made a sport out of it, they tell me i was crazy cause it was fun but to dangerous (i broke to tell the truth) but now i see this and is waaaay more dangerous so easy to break your neck in this... its crazy is a sport
