Why can't CNA just type the exact words spoken by the person just as how BBC, AlJazeera , CNN mostly does it. It's quite distracting to read the subtitles yet hear different wordings.

I was slapped once by a teacher in Primary school and another time slapped in the butt with wooden artwork by an indian teacher. Both were because I was a victim of bullying and the perps got away while I did not know how to explain the situation. I got zero respects for these teachers but we never misbehaved in class. I always studied on my own as most of the teachers of my time cannot even teach properly. They just mumbled non stop into the textbook in class while I studied on my own.
