Dental field 🙋🏽‍♀️, 9/10 times if ur having an issue with Your TMJ it’s probably caused by grinding or clenching your teeth when u sleep. Night guard is the way to go, does wonders, I can’t sleep without mine now. Makes me more comfortable.

and usually the boil and bite ones you can buy at any walmart or drug store works just as well as the expensive ones the the TMJ "specialist " wants to sell you....i worked as a surgical assistant for maxillofacial surgeons for many years. There actually very little you can do for TMJ disorders than the simple nightguard , and some treatments like injecting the joint after flushing it out can make it worse. My daughter had horrible headaches and jaw pain...because she would grind her teeth at night and clinch her jaws during the day because of stress....once we made her a. boil and bite night guard...her problem improved

Congrats Chase, on graduating from HS...to both you and Asha! I only hope that the decision to not continue your education is the right choice. Plus, both of you moving out of your family structure, and living together? Is it the thing to do? I know, right now, it's the thing you both want to do, but is this what will really serve you the best for your future together? People want what they want...and they WANT it NOW! Are you guys just giving in to that due to a lack of patience in your youth? In today's world, more and more kids are living at home longer, as it generally makes life easier. Just remember, I'm sure you both can move back in, and continue your education, if things go south! Again, Congrats and Good Luck!

I have tmj problems too & my jaw pops sooooo loud sometimes it scares me. When i'm really stressed or anxious it tenses my jaw up and causes bad pain on my temple and face

So i started watching this channel when i was about 8 or 9 and chase was like 13 or 14 and i remember thinking he was so cool and he voice was a lot higher back then this is so crazy i grew up with this channel then i stopped watching for like 3 years and so much has changed everyones so much older the whole house is built even the farm the cats and dogs are all grown up chase is GRADUATING and karli is about to turn 17 him and asha are still together after 4 years like this is just so crazy to me but im glad to see the channel and everyone growing up
