Thanks so much Candi! Yes, it is scary! I hope you stay safe, especially when your goldens are going up and down the stairs with you. Pups do get excited and can push us or get underfoot easily. I'm glad our little one wasn't with me at the time. She's only 6.5 lbs. and could have gotten hurt, too, since she's follows so close. I hate the feeling of falling and being unable to stop the fall. It all happens so fast!

@@annikajohnson4592 AWESOME But, why... Especially if you're in Erie/Crawford County. I traded the snow belt cold winters for the Pacific ocean and better weather a much more majority of the winter. The worst weather I've experienced here in OR, thus far, is in January this year there was an ice storm that took out the power for a couple days.

Pittsburgh area, I moved from Coos County. I HATE the beach, it was overrun with homeless, too expensive, and the people are so much nicer here. Plus I LOVE the cold. But we had 80 degrees last week somehow.

Ahh... so you're in southwest PA. I was in northwest PA. Pittsburgh, specifically, isn't really that great. The day I left PA for OR my parents and I got a ride from northwest PA to a hotel in Pittsburgh. Then very early the next morning we shuttled to the Pittsburgh airport, which was hell even at 4am. Then after a layover in Dallas Ft. Worth TX we landed in Portland (OR). I've been through the Coos area and haven't seen any homeless or possibly homeless. There's going to be a variety of people anywhere. This isn't what's relevant. There are times it's best to take something that may not be as great or worse than to accept or deal with something you don't like, prefer to avoid... Here on the OR coast, it's reasonable for the cost of stuff to be higher simply because it's the coast. The weather here is still better than in PA - as per reality, not 'opinion.' The fact that OR has no sales tax is also better than the PA 6% sales tax, although clothes, for example, are not taxed in PA. It's common to start getting the cooler weather in the fall then have a day or two (or more) of warmer days. It's referred to as Indian summer. I'm in Lincoln County (OR) (not Lincoln City). I've only occasionally seen, what could possibly be, a homeless person or two, at Walmart - and it's not even each time I'm there. I already know, known for a while now, that Portland has the worse homeless population in the state. Since you're in the Pittsburgh area... If you haven't been to Kennywood yet, you should go.

Yes I’ve been there before. Done it at Maurice’s. I’ve learned now to just take them home and I’d rather cry at home. lol. And return them later. These were so comfy though…follow the website measurements. They are stretchy and I just got my normal size!

We found the owner. He actually posted this morning on Facebook looking for his cat on our community page. People recognized the cat from the gal posting her story that she shared that she had accidentally “found” someone else’s cat. He lives back in the woods like us just a few houses down. Scary to let cats roam like that around here but I know some cats just love to be outdoors. I’m guessing he will pry visit again with all the cuddles Karli was giving him last week trying to catch him. He was here 3 days in a row haha. I’ll have to keep ya posted. It’s such a crazy story!!
