I have 4 adopted kids and 1 foster child, and I end up doing things last minute too! Someone always gets sick, or there’s a million doctor appointments, or there just aren’t enough hours in the day. With all the kids Crystal and Aaron have, I would be behind on everything!

I miss all the things. When I moved into my current home my son was starting first grade. My daughter in middle school. They are now 26and 21 and my grandson is 7 lives with me, with his mom and dad. He is so much like my son even sleeps in his room and has the same cool bed my son had. I miss it so much. My son stopped by to surprise me yesterday, I just miss them both being little. We always had big family parties growing up. We rarely do anymore because everyone has moved so far or is busy because they all have families of their own. I honestly don’t know we would fit everyone all together 😂 Wishing you the most fantastic Summer🎉🙌🏻💖

Crystal it's good to spend more time with our children especially on holidays. Here in uk our kids are on half term which is a week holiday from 27/5/24. Have fun. Most parents think it's a hustle when our kids go on holiday for there is a lot to do, you know what! It's a blessing and pleasure too. I love Family time.

I do LOVE that Bella kinda "accidentally" said all other stuff than family for summer! (We all know she is so greatful!!) Over summer get totes- get tape- birthday bags and wrapping paper. Get any kind of party / celebration supplies and label. Save and graduation decor that can be reused or uf you don't want to reuse- give to a foster family to use for there person next year.

When my son was a year and a half I had a picture of him frames at Michaels. It was as tall as he was, and it sat on the floor for a while before I got it framed. He would walk by the picture and "kiss" the baby. I left his kisses on the picture!

This made me cry bec im a single mom to a 6 yr old and some days are so overwhelming but then i think about the fact that he wont need me the same way one day, and that ill miss his tiny voice and i cry. Even though its currently still in my life lol. Im already missing it. I think ur siblings should have a sleepover at your moms house one night. Just her kids. Give her a sweet reminder of what it used to be and that its not gone forever.
