You were ready for everything and I don’t wanna sound cliche but this is a prep for next year. Watching the guys all back together is a amazing thing, the only person missing I can think of is Hayden. This was a great first run, you made into the race and I am sure a lot of the other drivers who have been there in that class got bumped. You earned that sticker and that trophy is going to belong to your team and family as well as all those friends helping.

Seeing everyone back together helping get the car back together brings a joyful tear to my eye. As nice as winning is there's nothing like knowing people have your back like that, I'm sure you had more fun in the pits than a lot of those full blown race teams and that's what sets you apart. It feels real the content you produce and I think that's what everyone keeps coming back for.

Yeh, the oil down definitely seems like a factor. If he would've shook the tire farther down or there wouldn't have been an oil down and he'd have shook the tire in that same spot anyway it would've been a different story, but it seems like too much of a coincidence. Sucks.

bro dont be bummed at all. You thrashed together a brand new billet block in 2 weeks. Your first passes on the car were literally World Cup Finals quali. You killed it just to even get out there and qualify for eliminations. you still have so much to figure out on this car and the fact that you got as far as you did is a testament to how good of a race team yall are. When I watched Roman, Emilio, Wyatt and all you guys throw the new trans in it was amazing. Seeing all the OGs coming together and killing it just like they used to. You guys made memories you will never forget with your day 1 crew, and to come from you guys watching the races 5+ years ago, to competing and qualifying with one of the baddest cars out there says a lot. You will figure this new setup out and when you do we will all be here to watch the magic happen. It is not a matter of IF, only a matter of WHEN it will happen.

Silver lining: You have a whole year to iron out this setup, and if you don’t really have any catastrophic failures, you can iron this out for a 6-second pass. You have the chance to put the H-Pattern in it to see if you want to run stick shift as well. The next 12 months are your oyster with the MR2, and there’s nowhere to go but up from here.
