My personal opinion, I don't so much mind no multiplayer in Last Day. In fact, if multiplayer is ever released, as unlikely as that seems to be, and it's anything like sector 7, I think Kefir will lose a good number of players. That being said, if the devs reduced the grind in Last Day, in my opinion, I think there would be more incentive to keep playing. As it stands, at this point, there is no real goal and EVERYTHING feels like a chore now. The thousandth time doing the farm, to get a puppy, that will probably never be a true friend. The thousandth time doing Bunker Alfa, where you've memorized where every zombie is, how they move and how to kill them. Upgrading your base is hours and hours grinding the oak and winter zones to get a fraction of what you need, which you can't even use for sometimes days while it processes in the work benches, and you still know all that grinding you just did got you maybe, MAYBE 1% closer to completing... something. The monotony and tedium is what is killing the game, aside from Kefir taking years, if ever, to deliver something that will maintain interest. There is very little sense of accomplishment. Most everything left to accomplish has gotten filed away in the highly unlikely folder, and the rest gets forgotten because it's virtually impossible. If multiplayer is never going to be released (most of us know at this point it won't be), and there can be no chance of any kind of coop, reduce the cost of upgrades perhaps. Don't make the zones easier, that's honestly the only thing left in the game that's fun and challenging, but perhaps make it so it won't take 12 trips to the winter zone to upgrade one wall, after two to three days of processing raw materials. If players start to feel a sense of accomplishment again, I feel there will be a lot more patience, a lot less controversy, and, basically, when Kefir delivers a "mostly finished" game, which is everything Last Day was supposed to be, we won't feel cheated and lied to. Don't alienate your customers. Basic rule of commerce. Again, just my two cents.

Last year mobile gaming revenues were over $100 billion, which was over 20% of total revenue for all gaming platforms, and in the coming years it is expected to increase by 40%. Pay to win is here to stay, largely because of the 2% (I believe the figure was) who put hundreds, if not thousands, into it. Kefir, without a doubt, knows this, and knew this prior to ever releasing a single game. Game developers don't make games for charity. They make them to generate revenue. The point I'm making is when you transition a "free game" to "so arduous it becomes nearly impossible without paying for it" you are alienating your customers, and that is bad business. I'm not saying I don't spend money. I don't spend near as much as some, probably more than others, but the way I see it, if you like the game, a little financial support to the developers, in theory, allows them to add more interesting and engaging content. In this particular case... The content seems to be income driven for quite some time now. Add to that the exchange rates, 1 USD is equal to 62.84 Russin rubles. 1 Euro is equal to 71.46 rubles. 1 GPB is equal to 79.79 rubles. Now, take into account the average salary for a Russian game developer (from a quick bit of research) is approximately 3,200 rubles per day, meaning if 10 people spend $5 USD, €4.5, £4, etc, each, one developer's salary is paid for all of 10 seconds a player plays LDOE. Now, let's consider the 3x3 steel room in the shop. 10 seconds to buy, maybe 5 minutes to claim from the inbox and upgrade in your base, or months of grinding. The easy option nets Kefir almost 6,300 rubles each. If 10 people buy that, in one day, that equates to nearly double what the average American earns in a week. Kefir knows exactly what they're doing. Add to that, Frostborn is IMMEDIATELY everything LDOE was supposed to be. Which, to me, feels as though Kefir is only trying to scam their customer base, as if to say "Thanks for grinding away at LDOE for months and years, you wasted your time, screw you all, now it's time to start over in another game and make us even more rich." Give it time. Frostborn will be 95% pay to win soon enough. But... If recipes for upgrades were reduced by half, they would retain more players, and if Kefir were to reduce the prices by 50%, maybe even 25%, on top of that, they would generate more sales. The demand is there, the price is hard for most to swallow, sales go down. Prices go down, demand qill increase further, sales go up. Basic economics. And all the sudden there are attainable goals, not impossible ones. My personal opinion, Kefir has seen what they can get from that 2% of players that spend money hand over first, and they are now gearing the game towards that percentage, never mind the free to play or low spending players. They don't matter anymore. But what happens to the big spenders when 95% leave the game? They get bored and find somewhere else to spend their money. Quod, erat, demonstrondum...

I know a lil bit about programming and game development. My theory is that the technology that isn’t optimized for multiplayer in ldoe is the game engine. It tells 3D objects how to interact. Unfortunately it is impossible to work on the engine with a game which is built on it. So I think there is no way of seeing any of that smooth multiplayer tech in ldoe unless the entire game is being reworked

This is late like a year late but I thought I’d clarify some things The game engine they use is UNITY You are partially correct on how they have certain parameters that STOP multifunction gameplay IE PVP it would be a small thing to fix But honestly the issue is after loading assets upon assets in a game for YEARS some of these assets are OLD as dirt as far as gaming goes and you’d probably see a good 4 months of bugs of the hilariously comical kind in the form of glitches stay. saucy

U need to search for the save in u device e backup that to keep it safe. Use files apps to look at the Android past in internal storage, inside there are past named valhalla.something, whatever u need this past, this doc named Valhalla, backup them but keep it in andoird cache. If u use iOS I don't now how to do, u can learn on KZbin.

I do agree, with what you said. However i love to play on my own so ldoe is a great game, it does need help with fixing the lagging and losing the server. I have told them that they need to spend more time on updates like when they preview something or put it in a time line. Then all the sudden it never happens or the put out a fast event to take your mined off of the stuff they promised was coming out next. Like the ATV and swamp update was supposed to be out at the end of last year. Or the begging of this year, and heir we are almost July and nothing. Love your videos keep up the great work.

Ther's just one thing I would like to say about Frostborn, which is that the bug with the resetting of our stuff ( since the last update) is really annoying. I mean come on it's such a great game and that just ruins it. My mates and me have been farming for about 16 hours just to balance out the loss of this one god dam bug! So if there's someone who reads that and actually can change that PLEASE GET THAT FIXED!!!!! I might be repeating myself but it would be such a shame to let that bug ruin the game!
