Lets first start off by saing congrats to 6 years of Ace Collective! I woulf have never imagined this channel would still be kicking it to this day. I remember myself and Matt (TopHat) creating the Horizon Affinity channel nearly 8-9 years ago now, time fucking flies man. Huge respect to Liam, Matt, Reece, and Jens for leading this wonderful crew and to all the active stunters still going at it! Let’s get into it: Stunts: Yousif Bati Ramp to Bump to Building Top Opener - Very nice way to kick things off Yousif, execution was very solid. 4.5/5 Aquixus Dominator Hill Bump to Hill Bump to Building - That barrel roll is everything to me lol, I loved that. Cool stunt! 4/5 Jens Hakuchou Hill Bump to Hill Bump to Bridge - This reminds me a lot of your Solis opener, felt like I was rewatching that video for a solid second lol. Nice one Jens! 4/5 Lena Bati Hill Bump to Wallclimb to Chimney - Pretty decent spot, not the biggest fan of these types of stunts though with the big wallclimb, but to each their own🤝 3.5/5 Cub Bati Ramp to Bridge Grind to Bridge Top - Impeccable stunt Cub, definitely in my Top 3 of the entire video. 5/5 Vaca Lowrider Tank Bump to Chimney - Sick flips haha, not a huge fan of the tank bumps but this was respectable. 4/5 GFox Hakuchou Slide to Hill Bump to Desert Tower - The slide technique may be a little controversial on this one but I thought it was a nice throwback. Good to see only two bumps as well for this spot! 4/5 Chaos Bati Staircase to Wallclimb to Building Top - This stunt looks so fucking sick in my opinion, not sure what it is about it. The landing definitely sealed the deal for me. 4.5/5 Jens Enduro Wallride to Bump to Burger Precision - Cool find Jens! I don’t got much else to say other than very nice stunt! 4.5/5 GFox Dominator Phantom Wedge Bump to Skyscraper Top - That landing makes my brain explode, like how did you even stick that shit lmao. I thought this was definitely a standout moment in the video but I definitely prefer some other stunts over this one. But just by pure insanity, I must grant this a 5/5. Aquixus Bati Ramp to Bump to Lighthouse Top - Another very solid stunt from you! Not a huge fan of that wallclimb to the landing but still very nice spot. 4/5 TopHat Bati Bump to Wallclimb to Building - Very simplistic stunt but honestly in the raw clip, the amount of air he got seems a lot more significant than what presented here lol. Still though, compared to some other stunts, this is sorta average but not necessarily bad. Glad to see you still kicking it dude. 3.5/5 Jens Dominator Road Ramp to Skate Park Ramp to “Maze Bank” Lower Edge - I remember this spot being shown off in chat, but I wasn’t really expecting anyone to try to go for that tall ass building, that’s sick Jens! 4.5/5 Lena BMX Ass Grind to Wallride to Cog - Very sick combo! That transition from Ass Grind to Wallride was done seamlessly. Definitely a favorite from this montage for me! 5/5 Yousif Hakuchou Quadruple Hill Bumps to Skyscraper Top - On one hand, the stunt is pretty long and a tad bit boring to watch, but on the second hand, I know you took this spot to many different other places before settling with this spot, and the fact you landed on the tallest building on that map is definitely remarkable, not necessarily impressive though. 3.5/5 (with love) Cub Ruffian Ramp Car Bump to Wallride to Sex Shop Precision - This was pretty dope! Not sure how I feel about the ramp car, unless it was the only viable option. Landing was funny. 4.5/5 Jinga Dominator Hill Ramp to Chimney - Solid car stunt but nothing too special in my eyes. 3.5/5 Chaos Bati Double Hill Bump to Water Tower - This stunt gives me major nostalgia for some reason, just reminds me of a good old precision on the desert side and I especially like the water gap in between bumps for some reason. 4/5 Vaca Akuma Staircase to Wallclimb to Tiny Ass Precision - Precise, pinpoint, to the point, this stunt got it all. Very well done Vaca! 5/5 Cub Hakuchou Double Hill Bump to Chimney - Not a bad stunt but just sort of boring to me. 3.5/5 Yousif Dominator Double Ramp to Lighthouse Top - I really don’t understand why this clip is so damn hard to see but I know from the raw clip that this is an absolute banger Yousif. Definitely a favorite from the video despite it being somewhat hard to decipher here. 5/5 Lena Endruo Wallride to Slide to Grind to Thread - Pretty sick combo here! I think the thread at the end was a bit sloppy but I think overall it was cool. 4/5 Jens Car Hill Ramp to Roof Ramp to Silo Precision - Nice clean little stunt you got here Mr. Cederdorf. Big fan of no special ability as well. 4.5/5 GFox Bati Wallride to Grind to Wallride to Grind🤯 - This will always be the stunt I remember first when coming back to this video. Phenomenal stunt Liam, the best and my favorite of the video by far. 5/5 Blaze Z-Type Hill Backwards Bump to Building - Big fan of this one, I just really like how it looks lol. 4/5 Cub Car Wallride to Precision - Clean as fuck dude. Definitely my favorite one from you in this video! 5/5 Stan BMX Wallride to Cog to Grind - Pretty nice combo from Stan! Out of the two BMX stunts from this vid, I probably prefer Lena’s a bit more. Still a great stunt! 4.5/5 Chaos Deathbike Backwards Riding to Thread to Grind - Really unique and technical stunt overall, I loved it. 5/5 Jinga Dominator Ramp to Chimney - I have sorta the same opinion about this stunt as your other, however I think this one has a much better bump and further landing. And iconic Jinga vehicle😎 4/5 Dragonz Enduro Double Canal Wallrides to Slide to Grind to Garage Entry - What an entry at the end lol. Really cool technical spot though Reece, I liked it! 4.5/5 Lena Dominator Triple Mountain Bumps to Red Bridge Top - This stunt is visually stunning, really love how you jump from mountain to mountain for the runup, and of course that landing is very nice! Good way to end it all off I feel like. 5/5

Editing: Gonna divide this up into different sections because there’s a lot to uncover here. Firstly, this must have been a huge task for just a single person to manage so props to you Liam for sticking through the process, especially during that brief period of uncertainty when everyone wasn’t even sure if we’d be able to finish the video due to Rockstar shenanigans. For a nearly 15 minute video, I must say the pacing was really on point, it definitely didn’t feel that long to me. Great selection of songs you chose for this video, kept me captivated throughout and now I have them on repeat in my person time so thank you lol. I’m not going to say this was a perfect edit, there’s definitely a few flaws within here that are noticeable, but that being said, I think this is your most passionate effort to date. I can see you put a lot of feeling and emotion behind this one and it really shows. Here are a few points where I thought the edit fell short: 0:56 - I’m not a huge fan of this angle, it kinda feels filler to me. I’d much rather view the area around the player than just having an up-close shot on the car spinning violently in mid-air lol. 3:05 - I liked this effect at first but it would look much better if the ending transitions to those were a lot smoother, I felt like it sorta ended abruptly, but that’s just me being too attentive I feel like lol. 4:45 - This grainy/cropped effect felt inconsistent with the angles leading up to it and the angles that followed. Yousif’s Car Stunt - So I got a few questions because I don’t remember the clip looking this dark and pixelated lol. Was this an intentional effect or was this just the quality of the clip? The background almost seems like it was custom made, especially with those starts and what appears to be a shooting star? (If that was an effect, that was nicely done). But the big thing that stood out the most were the angles in this portion. With how hard it already is to see the clip, and without having any prior knowledge of the raw clip, I think this would be incredibly hard to follow. Which is sort of a shame because I think this is definitely one of the better stunts in this montage. The last thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the text color. Especially during some of the darker settings, it was hard to see the names some times. I like the look of the font, I just think it gets sort of lost in the corner some times lol. Now to talk about the highlights and cool shots throughout! Here are some timestamps: 0:46 1:14 1:52 2:00 2:08 The entirety of Cub’s Grind on Bridge stunt 2:55 (this is a good example of a solid closeup shot with the car, as the background actually makes it look a lot cooler imo) 3:20 (I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN I THINK I CAN🗣️) 3:52 4:36 4:49 Little Interlude to say that the Act 3 opening was super well done! Very creative Liam! 6:27 6:39 7:16 8:09 8:39 8:42 10:05 10:42 11:13 12:09 12:32 13:11(this shot going up the bridge is probably my favorite!) 13:18 Credits were really cool Liam, I liked it! I remember some old SA or Vice montage that had some dude smoking a cig for the credits while they roll, gave me a similar vibe. Some of shadows of the text were a little wonky but I think it was super unique to get some irl footage in there. Act 1: 4/5 Act 2: 4.5/5 Act 3: 5/5 Act 4: 4.5/5 Overall Thoughts: I think I can surely say this is Ace’s best project to date. Stunt wise and edit wise, it felt like everything Ace is all about came into one video. There are definitely some stunts that are better than other ones, but I see the passion, I see the vision, and I personally enjoyed it thoroughly. One thing I must ask for in terms of stunts is a bit more variety. I know BMX was sort of out of the question for this project but it would have been cool to see some more vehicles, some planes, some boats, more car stunts without special ability. Nevertheless, be proud, you have created a really solid work! I’m feeling a solid 8.8/10 for this one🌹

​@@joshio9560 thank you for the love and feedback ❤ i actually previewed part 1 to a few people, and the only real critism i heard was 0:56 is a pointless shot. originally the shot following it with lombank behind it didnt exist and i added it in after the feedback i received. i'm not quite sure why i am so attached to the shot, but even tho it is a pointless shot i love everything about the shot. the way the sun gleams across the car, the linear movement of the car translating into the camera, and just where it positions you to be right in with the car. the whole idea stemmed from the breaking bad shovel POV shot which i love, but i really do get why people don't like it and i probably should've listened more when i heard a majority of people in testing didnt like it either. at 3:05 i really couldn't figure out a transition better then what i did, the way it comes in and out on the same kicks is kinda cool imo but i think the effect as a whole might be a little corny 😭the whole thing i tbh took from "PARITY" by yayu at 1:10 🤷but i think in my eyes i'm happy with the transition out more then the effect itself 4:45 is something i totally understand, i remember talking to masa and he said he can't imagine ever switching the aspect ratio mid edit, whereas in this video my black bars and aspect ratio kinda jump between places with shots. the reason behind the aspect change is i feel 4:3 is amazing for showing vertical scale, and the panning down shot in that section wouldn't look cool if the top and bottom was cut off and sides werent, so thats why i did that. but understandably i think the change from 16:9 to 4:3 is subjective to be well received so i get where you coming from yousifs car stunt is a tricky one, so originally he was trying it at night, but i never known he hit it not at night. the whole idea kinda steemed from a random video i watched "How to Change Day into Night" by Rob Ellis which has the same moon shot i made. I really think GTAV nighttime looks ass, its so blue and ugly so i really wanted to do a black sky nighttime. but i think i just lack experience and the in game tools i needed to do so. the stars in the sky are from GTAV but are just an image and the sky itself is just a solid color of dark gray, which then i put ALOT of effects on the whole thing. i think i spent like 8-10 hours on yousifs clip and i left it unhappy, partly because i over analyze everyhing but i really wish it turned out better and im kinda sorry to yousif that it didnt. the shooting star was added, so was obviously the moon which in the wide shot is there also as a transition point. the moon and sun are in the same location between yousif and lenas shot and the shooting star goes between shots. originally for the credits i was also gonna smoke a cig for it, but i had limited time + i hate spending money since i don't normally smoke but thats quite funny thats been done before. the idea itself came from the anime "Fooly Cooly" which is where the songs all come from aswell. specifically from the "fooly cooly bridge scene" which you can find on youtube. such a fucking great show that invokes so many feelings and thats really what i wanted to do with this video aswell. really wish i got a better take aswell but i actually got kicked out for "illegally filming" and i already put the big ace sticker on the fence 😭 so i had to roll wit what i got. i also wish there was a little more variety, i remember searching and i couldn't find a single boat stunt tbh, the water is just too wavy and there isnt any bumps near shores that allow you to land anything. and with BMX broken that meant we were stuck with some unfamiliar vehicles. but i hope in the future we can get some more variety as well as some more no ability cars, this map was just really fucking bad 😭and ALOT of the things just werent grindable, or didnt even have hitboxes which made a lot of stunts impossible. i had a super dope no ability car and the only double bump had super glue on it which is such a weird bug. anyway enough with excuses lmao 🙏 i really appreciate your time analyzing and giving your thoughts on the video. i 100% agree this is my passionate video to date, i really want Ace Collective to be something special and a place where creativity and great connections between people are made and we actually make projects. really cool that my last few projects i've involved myself in all score above an 8.5 and i hope at Ace our next projects will continue to do the same.

⁠@@GFoxStuntingThanks for the explanations! I think the idea behind Yousif’s clip is really cool but I guess it just doesn’t fit entirely well into a project like this. Perhaps a little too experimental but I admire the fact you spent hours trying to create that effect. You got a lot of dedication to the craft, I really appreciate all the recent products, you’ve been elevating the scene single-handedly for a while now lol. Sucks that the map had some complications, for sure would have been cool to see some more technical stunts and what not. Anyhow, before this turns into another essay, great work once again Liam, keep pushing the boundaries!

This is one of my favorite videos that you guys put out. I've never really cared about map mod videos and would prefer to see more V map content being pushed since VI is right around the corner, but I genuinely really enjoyed this montage. The longer the video kept going, the more I fell in love with it due to Gfox editing. I try to be unbiased when it comes to music, especially in stunt montages but it's always a plus when I favor it. Regardless, I liked the songs used and think that's due to the editing complementing them so well. Stunts were sick all across the board. Favorites being Jens 4:04, Vaca 8:29, Gfox 10:52, and Chaos 11:58. Wished there were more BMX stunts; regardless of the trash new physics, there are still lots of stunts that are possible (definitely more tedious though) but kudos to hitting a few. The outro was really cool as well. I could really see how much time and passion went into the making of the video. Crazy to think it's been 6 years since convincing Dragonz and Tophat to merge teams. Time flies by quickly. Amazing video guys!

thanks man, means a lot. unfortunately it was really hard to convince our BMX members to download the map and hit stunts with the broken physics, the version this map is on specifically is the one that when you jump it dragged you in a set direction so we pretty much were constricted to bmxing in one direction. I had a few really nice spots that i ran out of time to hit which is a shame 💔6 years since the merge and we are stronger then ever 🙏

So insane to see this video come together. Massive shoutout to G Fox for this amazing edit. The whole thing was consistently such high quality and so many interesting effects. Love the structure of the video, having Act intros was sick. Definitely your best edit and I think you've really developed a style, a perfect mix of gamecam and different types of angles. Also first video to film real life footage? Really hard to choose favourite clips because each clip was good in it's own way. My favourites were Cubs stunt at 2:27, G Fox's at 4:26, Vaca's at 8:29, G Fox's at 10:55, Cub's at 11:27, Chaos's at 11:58 and of course Lena's finisher. Well done guys!

Edit/Music: I wanna start by saying Gfox snapped on a lot of these shots and the framing on most of them were beautiful. I would've liked a bit more game cam and some tighter shots following the vehicles too because I feel at times the distance from the vehicle and the amount of cuts left me a bit dissoriented. Music is always very personal and it's not my style but I can dig it. Stunts: Personally I was a little dissapointed in the variety of stunts in the video. The majority of very big glides/jumps with both bikes and cars got quite stale after a bit. I think all of the real standouts came from the smaller spots and I would've liked to see a bit more of them. I also have to say I'm not the biggest fan of both the vehicle bumps and also the use of wallclimbs instead of landing targets directly. I feel as if though all of these things can be avoided a bit more especially on a map that is so underused in the V engine. I would say the best stunt in this video was Vaca's at 8:29 followed closely by Gfox's combo clip at 10:53, idk if that grind bump to wallride was on purpose but if it was big props because that's a really sweet find. And third best would probably be Cub's clip at 11:27. I have to say though I was a bit dissapointed with the ramp car for the ruffian spot which could've been a nice find but I feel like it's lessened by the car. Also something that's a bit more personal and not that important is Chaos' clip at 11:56 which is nice I'm just bummed because I used the same location for a bmx clip I really enjoyed. Might still use it but ye good clip either way from Chaos. I always like seeing new videos from you guys so keep em comming. And I hope my comments are not taken in any harsh way. Just passionate about the subject and like to share my critcism. 👍

This is not directed to any of you guys but my honest opinion of using special ability for car stunts these days is just lame. Car stunting used to be something special only a handful of people wanted and were willing to do. Back in the days you couldn't just teleport to the beginning of the run up and brake boost one time to get max speed and happen to be aiming correct direction to land a stunt. You had to wait throughout a long ass loading screen and actually use special ability tactically to get the max speed you could get + actually control the car in the air to glide/change direction to aim at your target. None of that applies anymore and takes it everything away from special ability car stunts for me. Sure the stunts itself have evolved to whole another level but none of this wouldn't have happened if it weren't for how easy it is for just anyone pick up a car and start doing it. Maybe I'm just an old head that doesn't like the change but like I said this is just my opinion and thoughts on using special ability in todays world. But in more positive vibes this video was so good & motivating that I'm gonna boot up San Andreas map mod and start landing original stunts myself just to reland every single stunt in this video because I have no idea what you all just landed with these camera angles. . . . . . . . . Okay that was a joke and I'm now really sounding like a hater. Seriously this video had A LOT OF amazing stunts but in my opinion many of them were ruined by the poor R editor camera work. I don't know if it's just KZbin but even when you watch this in 4K the quality is really poor. Well, good thing there are some none ability car stunts in the mix too then. I feel the way towards BB car stunts as i do to glide stunts. Both things feel overdone, but some spots are wayy too cool to not glide with the moto or reach 540 with ability (like some of yousifs and my stunts, Lena finisher, Etc.). But yeah each to their own i guess. I understand how u feel that way towards car stunting, since its in a way different place now than it was 10 years ago.

believe me if this map was on old gen things would be a different story, car stunting on pc is so alien but people want angles.. so thats what they do to get them. i will probably never stunt on pc in V map, outside of relands for fun. that being said i believe the car stunts in this video (and buried) were pretty top tier and it will take damn near a miracle to beat them imo. but still i agree most people will never know what it was like to car stunt on 360/ps3 and will never be able to appreciate it properly. thats something ive come to live with now xd luckily some people do remember and we're lucky to have anyone that remembers what it was/is like on old gen. kinda a weird video to have this discussion but i appreciate it and hoped you liked what we did come up with on this pc only map mod xd

Also i think the thing about it "being easier" to stunt with cars is a little silly since alot of the stunts in this video require specific runups to get specific BB and also just cause we arent waiting a couple minutes in a loading screen doesnt mean these stunts are fast to hit. I feel as if thats kinda neglectful of the time and effort alot of the people spend on hitting some of the stunts.

I actually agree with you for the most part, i feel like special ability car stunts feel too 1 dimensional nowadays, it's just the same 1 vehicle hitting the same simple brakeboost to a huge air + landing, and the majority of the time these stunts get very repetitive and unimpressive due to how easy they are without the need of perfecting a runup and being able to spam attempts. i feel like there is still a place for these types of stunts, and you can certainly still get creative and land some really cool stuff with ability, just as you can with glide stunts. I do think that the majority of the car stunts in this video are great though and have a place in the vid.
