Would you say that the shadow dagger umbral blade speedrun farm for leveling and leveling in the monolith from lvl 26 is bad now? , i heard the nerf was a 25% on shadow dagger and they nerfed the bonus exp from lower than lvl 50 in mono ,

And the smoke bomb got a 50% nerf too. So you're looking at a 2/3rds damage nerf against tough enemies apparently.

It's not a 2/3rds damage nerf, shadow daggers is completely fine. The smoke bomb nerf is a change to increased damage and is VERY minimal, it's probably 7-15% tops, not 50%.

@@Tenkiei They also nerfed crit multiplier on Kris/Katana. It's probably still quite good, but it shifted from S+ tier to A.

@@Tenkiei from what I saw videos from mcfluffin the shadow dagger did fine yeah, I think the explosive trap will be overall best with divebomb :) but for leveling i think its great while farming gear

Basically no nerf, I was accounting for it in my gameplay and adjusting my damage/not using the nodes where possible. There might be some extremely slight differences but nothing substantial.

Thank you for your review. It pains me a bit that CoF appears to be that much more playful than Merchant, as I'm afraid it'll quickly go towards "every man for himself" sort of vibe. Hope the attraction of the game on release is enough to keep trading fluid until they implement some - imo - much needed changes. Found some of your last suggestions on that topic very interesting by the way.

Merchant faction will be fine. Cof is powerful for him because the game isn't fully populated and most of these creators chose cof for their play time. Once the games population increases and more people join merchant guild it will become stronger.
