The final build guide for my Last Epoch 1.0 Launch Acid Flask Trapper Falconer (Poison) - my first build for launch is for a skill people have called a meme and a damage type people say is the worst. Solid tools to work with! Everything you need like planners and filter is below!
Everything was done in solo self found with the Circle of Fortune from a fresh start. Build is viable with no starting gear. Should be hardcore viable (I've only perished a couple of times during while I was still figuring out the build).

Hey you should give a go to poison hail of arrows with shift/acid flask support. Poison pools everywhere! Fun build :)

Hey mate, I went into 1.0 with the intention of just figuring out a spec myself with no research or guides and fell into acid flask. After getting to 60 with what felt like a fairly solid progression scaling I happen to come across your vids and was pleasantly surprised to see someone else dabbling and succeeding with it also. It's been great to learn some things i didn't know before to help improve my current build. I'll probably branch into something else with falconer like yourself but so far, it's been a blast. Same for me...went for the falcon girl since I like minion builds. Saw the Acid Flask node, wen for that since I love DoT minion builds. And then I saw Explosive trap with its Acid Flask node and I was set on a build I wanted to made :)

Very cool build! I'm messing with a poison acid flask build which is a lot of fun to play but not sure how it will hold up later. I have my falcon drop acid flask making a pool. I converted net to poison and net everything in the pools. After I leap backwards I I shred everything down with poison puncture using bow and falcon strikes. Very fun playstyle so far.

I found a bunch of flask uniques very early - free flask throw uses potion + potion find belt + ice flask + traps + ice poison pools - amazing fun leveling - not sure how it will work in end game but its fun.

I've been doing a Fire-based Acid Flask falconer, using Cinder Strike as melee to sometimes proc the attach Explosive Trap node, which drops an Acid Flask and explodey Ballista; all of which scale off of Fire and Throwing Damage. Single target is meh but clearing by throwing traps + aforementioned flask & ballista throws is really fun. Mana issues are solved because of the mana on melee hit node, and almost all skills have some form of armor / fire res shred.

Nice build @ZiggyDGaming, one question can i spam explosive trap to proc acid flask or do i need to toss acid flask also?

Explosive trap, you don't need to manually use acid flask here but I sometimes do to put down an acid pool to stand in when I'm low on mana.

I'm really interested in what you come up with when it comes to Cold Flask. Are you going full blown Frostbite or just cold/chill/freeze? Some other people are currently working on Frostbite Flask. It seems worse than Poison from a damage standpoint but it's possible to freeze a lot of your enemies, which acts indirectly as a form of damage mitigation.

How would you level at the beginning before choosing a specialization? Would you recommend speccing into acid flask when it first becomes available and wait till until I have falconry and explosive trap?

Yep! Check out the leveling video I did earlier if you want some more advice but acid flask then bird with acid flask spam and then later explosive traps.

Been playing acid flask since 0.9 when people called it a noob trap. Now egeryone is doing this. It had plenty of support in 0.9 I prefer the fire version with cinder strike and falcon fists.

Is the off hand that converts all poison to cold any good for this build?

What is your opinion on VIAL OF VOLATILE ICE and transitioning the build into Cold instead of Poison. I understand the lack of block from Cradle of the erased might be a problem on higher corruption, im only on corruption 120ish

Losing the shield is a definite defensive loss but is suspect go into hit based damage with cold and freezing everything could be very strong. I plan on testing soon!

Is there a reason why when I open the build planner on my PC, the zones don't load, they are all blank? Am I missing something? When I do it from my iPhone it works fine.

Why would Corrosion increase the poison dmg with acid flask, does more damage on fireball increase ignite dmg from ignites caused by fireball ?

Tiny bit confused on damage leeched as health. Does Damage Leeched on Health on Hit work?

It won't leech from the DoT if it says "on hit", it'll still work as we hit a bit but as we're not scaling hit damage it'll be a lot weaker.

I'm not sure! But one nice thing is it almost doesn't matter where you throw your traps because of the auto targetting so i suspect it might work well.

Ive been playing it with controller and it does work well, the traps auto target bosses quite consistently and for pack clear poison goes everywhere pretty much no matter what you do.

Sub 1:30 T4 Julra kill is pretty solid imo. But balance is all over the place at the moment so some skills and setups will do it in 30 seconds. Until EHG refines balance I'm going to be trying not to be too harsh in comparisons and try and judge each build a bit more in a vacuum. It's the wild west out there right now 😅

tanky ? meh ward builds are so broken right now i think even with normal defensive layers that have 90% chance to reduce dmg you can still get one shot and unable to push corruption , i swapped from hp to ward on my paladin and get 40k ward and just afk in front of the bosses and tank everything , i play poe since closed beta never was able to break a game so easilly in so many ways , hope they can nail balance in future patches

Balance is pretty damn all over the place right now for sure - can't really compare infinite ward scaling setups to a pretty normal build like this. Unlike like those builds this defensive package probably wont be nerfed haha.

in healing hands there is a node on the left that converts the healing to ward as long as you have a misssing life gained as ward item equiped , just get a experimental base with a low roll , and all your healinggoes to ward , then you can stack haling effectiveness and attunement for scaling ward and loads of paladin skills scale with those stats , you could go spear with fire path , judgement mana stacker , smite with healing hands proc , hell even hammer throw with smite on hit idols and healing hands on smite could work @eca9603
