Last Epoch Spark Charge Spellblade

Trying a mana stacking spellblade using Fragment of the Enigma. Yes, mana stacking, the item is not working as intended right now. It has decent tank and clearing, and it sucks on bosses(hopefully for now). We use static charge for high-ish health enemies, and surge to proc lightning blast. Mana strike to proc spark charge.
