I live super close to the showground. It’s such a shame it’s come to a end for truckfest. I went as a kid all the time too. It used to be so much bigger too till they changed the layout.

My bus has hydraulic kneeling suspension it’s an ex Ambulance with oven wok burner beds roof fan skylights , soon to be adding 3kw solar with 4 100ah batteries . Stuart has a niche market because Iveco are a big problem so he will be busy day in day out.

Great video mate and a great show! Nice of that bloke to give you all them parts although I did nod off with his review on that electric truck! Absolute 🤡🤡🤡 world! £300,000, weighs nearly 4 ton more and as for the range and charge time, well I’ll be amazed if it does that fully loaded! Even if he’s correct, what’s it going to be like 4 or 5 years down the road when the good old diesel engine is just settling in…

We had an electric mg come into work to get the brakes done and the guy that owned it said if he going to Glasgow he couldn’t have the heaters on or he wouldn’t make it and it like maybe 30-40 mile one way can’t imagine a fully loaded lorry making it very far on a charge 😂

@@gregshearer423 I work on a major port and they have just taken on some electric Maxis trucks… after having a tail lift fitted the payload now is ridiculous low and the bloke who drives it says he’s getting 80 miles out of it after a full charge! And it cost over £50,000!

It was a good show at Peterborough. I was there all weekend and was keeping an eye out for you but sadly never got the chance to see you. I was going to see if there’s any advice a volvo mechanic could offer you if you’re ever in a bind. Keep up the good struggle

You will be ok with running gear ball joints suspension bearings steering but that’s the hard work. But you will never get affected because today’s trucks have a life before they are replaced.
