I can speak and understand tangkhul 80 percent though I'm not a tangkhul.. I belong to liangmei tribe.. I know tangkhul because I grew up in an environment where I'm surrounded by tangkhul people.. Out of 12,,8 of my tenants are tangkhul plus 70 pc of my childhood friend plus my present friends are all tangkhul..
