I was sort of ho-hum until he got to erasing the squares, at which I literally went "aah". I agree, it's a really neat mechanic, one so simple I'm surprised I haven't seen it before. Too bad there isn't much structure to the game because it looks like it could be a big hit.

I have zero interest in Where's Waldo or "find these items" pictures, but the clue giving and erasing mechanic really intrigues me. I may pick this one up.

Absolutely love the art! I like there are multiple styles as well.

Seems like you could omit the murder part from the explanation and this could be a more family friendly MicroMacro: Crime City

I wonder how it plays if the victim just games the system and draws the same thing in all of the squares. Is that not allowed?

For limiting the time for the detective's decision, couldn't you just use the same eggtimer? Cheers.

I love hidden object books, pictures and games so this is a no-brainer for me and my family. Thanks for the review.

Thanks, Tom. Is it just me, or was there something similar like this a couple of years ago?

Micro Macro Murder City? I think that did a better job with this because it had not only to do with finding things, but also following a story. But this is a party game and that wasn't. So, I do think this is a good addition to your party game collection.
