Pallet conveyor -another option is a rotating shaft with a cam. I suppose it becomes a question of manufacturing challenges, maintenance requirements, and operational wear as to what is actually best.

The micro screen is so cute 🥰 pallet conveyer looks so complicated to get fine tuned. Oh Happy Birthday Gary 🎂 Sounds a great idea for the parts centre, maybe an iPad could help the stock update faster and two trays for parts like the Japanese KanBan system. Your team will be KZbin famous when the video photographer gets on it! 😅 when laser cutters come down in price, they will be better finish for you too.

Thanks for watching and commenting. The pallet conveyor is simple in theory but then you have to make it work 🤓

Mix of sales and design let it slip through with customer not noticing either when we sent final design. All worked out ok though. 😉

Gavin, maybe you could speak to Ollie Snowball who has a Kutavar table and uses the gas torch attachment for cutting thicker plate?

Hi Gavin another brilliant video has a family business you are certainly have your fingers on the pulse I love the way you involve your staff with your meetings I’m a big believer in communication with your work force from employe point of view it makes you feel a part of the business & can make a big difference in the attitude of a employe from a business point of view I like the way you don’t stand still & just stick to manufacturing your every day projects you diverse into other things are your customers word of mouth & recommendations or do you advertise like the office staff uniforms it looks more professional in my opinion when your work force wear the same clothing with the company logo on .👏

Thanks Kevan. We try to keep all the team involved in what we are doing - it helps to motivate to be the best we can we think. We do advertise in some places but alot of our business is through word of mouth and our projects being recommended. The uniforms do help to create a good Company feel - again about being part of the whole family business we create. The type of projects we get to build does vary alot and the more complex jobs are often so very rewarding. Thanks as always for watching and commenting - it is appreciated.
