Orly, I LOVE it! I’ve been trying to find the right jean jacket to try the first floral DIY, but when you mentioned you could do this on any type of material, it dawned on me! I could do this skeleton one on a flannel shirt, mainly a red and black one or a black and white one. So excited. I love this, thank you!

Very cute! I think if you want to jacket for warmth you can use a flesh toned fabric under the lace or any color you choose really. However I love how just a switch of the sweater changes the entire look of the jacket.

Love the snap tape idea. You wouldn’t even need to cut out the panels. Just make holiday lace panels you can change on the outside.

You could also add a strip of ribbon or lace at the most outer layer to conceal the snap tape.

I just did the same tutorial on my channel on Friday. I wish I watched yours first LOL I cut ALL the panels out at once and it made it harder to put them back together. I should have done one panel at a time. Thanks for sharing! Love your channel and your fun personality Orly!

I do this all the time with black, blue and white jean jackets and whatever material catches my eye. I do the pockets and front flaps too. I get so many compliments on it. Every one wants to know where I bought it! 😊

Soooo, I ran to Joanns yesterday afternoon and grabbed some Halloweeny fabric and snap tape! Took longer to sew on the tape, and they didn’t have enough for me to do more than the back panel. I’m gonna order more and do more panels. I’m excited to make more panels!

Use Velcro inside to attach instead of snaps to make it interchangeable
