Hello and thank you for watching . The home indeed is a showstopper when you see it in person . The ceiling heights are 10 feet on the entire main level so it nicely opens up the space . You are about 45-50 mins from Downtown Atlanta and that’s with Traffic and 5-7 mins from Downtown Marietta. They buy smoke alarms in bulk and it could be sitting in their warehouse or the vendors warehouse for a while . The good part is that they won’t sell you the home with a beeping smoke alarm. In your home orientation walkthrough, they will replace that out .
