Yes there are renovations and those lego blocks are for preventing trucks going thru. It's much nicer when the Menin gate is in order. On this one it's without legoblocks 🙂Renovations will last untill 2025, so the lego blocks will stay a while 😞 kzbin.info/www/bejne/iX7Hln59jr9rfa8
