There's probably printer roller lines on the back that can't be seen with the naked eye. It has to be under black light. If you can get a black light device like the ones used in currency grading, you can tell.

I think I spot a dent on the back of that psa 5 phoenix rain. Look near where it says copy on the back of the card. Am I right? At an angle it looks like a dent but I could be wrong

I’d be curious to see that PSA 5 under a jeweler’s loupe. I have lp vintage cards with obvious edge wear get better grades.

Pulled one of my favorite cards from speed duel - legendary fisherman. Pack fresh, right to sleeve. Got a fkn 6. A 6! Never have I ever got such a low grade. It was mint af. Not sure what's up with PSA lately.

What I don’t get with grading, with the return of the submission it should be required to have a list of the defects of the card so we know why it received that grade. I just think if the person grading the card is having a bad day and wants to grade them all 9 that this is just unfair. We need details man.

Looks like a perfect ratio of 9 to 10 manipulation. Can't have too many 10s out there!

They are grading the cards with high magnification, not just looking closely at them. "A card's grade is based on how well it meets PSA's standards when viewed under magnification" You should be happy with all the 10s you got, it's not a given for any card to be a 10 just because it's centered and doesn't have any dings.
