It’s crazy to think at my largest I was the size she was at her smallest! I agree, she seemed so much more genuine when she was younger as opposed to now. I used to feel really sad for her, but she chooses to live in the land of delusion and denial, and she expects everyone else to just agree with her or shut up. I hope that she snaps out of it before it’s too late, but much like Amber and Chantal, they surround themselves with people who constantly coddle, enable, and encourage their bad habits. Sad.

She did look prettier when she didn't mess with her face (I think she messed up her chin with lipo of her second chin) and when she was smaller. If you look at old videos she really does look more vibrant and her breathing isn't as heavy. Her face wasn't sucked up by the fat. It's unfortunate how her fat distributes on her body because it really doesn't help her.

Light blue really suits her colouring. I know this is petty, and I have said before, but I really hate red nails on her. When she has more pastel shades they look nice. When she waves her red nails around they feel extra irritating to watch, not sure why 😅.

I agree “light blue suits”. My theory is that she has them red when she quits pretending she is actively trying to lose weight because it is always at Christmas time. She has a nasty attitude because she has been deleting comments and blocking people for six solid months and is upset that her viewers won’t just forget that she monitized six months of videos and received a paycheck for lying. Her attitude fluctuates with her weight, when she is losing or has lost weight she is bubbly (like when she started her KZbin),when she is gaining she is passive aggressive. Edit: Above 👆 is what I base my opinion that Alex’s attitude has not changed. However if you started watching her in the early years, (when she had just lost nearly 100lbs from the sleeve operation), She presented herself confident, bubbly, and soft spoken. She did gigs as a plus size model for clothing lines, was flown to different locations, received PR, and was smaller than the other plus size models. She seemed genuinely nice because everything was going well for her, really well. When she failed year after year to ever reach her goal weight of 200lbs, (from 2011, over 12 years of failure), she became insecure and slowly gave up the whole sweet girl routine. She is no longer confident nor comfortable in her skin, no amount of filters can make her appear healthy in the least and she has basically turned what could have been a wonderful Segway into something authentic and positive into content for reaction channels. She did it to herself and she is miserable. She is too lazy to actually work for a living, so creating drama anyway she can to stay relevant is all she has left. She should be thankful that reaction channels give her attention, without them she would have nothing. She blew it.

Plus Sizes most definitely have evolved. At my heaviest everything was heavy polyester and floral. With the exception of plain t-shirts. I wouldn’t spend too much money either on clothes, Wal-Mart / Kmart. Maternity clothes have also came a long way. I think the difference in styles that Alex wears from the past and currently have to do with her wearing Junior Plus previously and now wearing Womans Plus.

Because Alexandra is an admitted liar while trying to “influence” others to do or buy things that she won’t herself. She got a whole new wave of followers after basing her channel off her gastric bypass 2 winters ago, then stopped losing weight and refused to follow the post-op diet after the surgery did all it could. She gave up on the portioning, the diet and workouts literally immediately. She adopts, abuses and then returns every pet she’s shown on this channel. She also loves to subtly shame others such as her prisoner-like husband and enmeshed mother on camera, and then laugh in their faces. If you’ve watched any recent Alexandra videos for long enough you’ll see how fake and insecure she is.
