i’m guessing it’s like a competitive pokemon tiering thing. non meta weapons only, so it’s probably based on a tier list. they’re only allowed to play weapons towards the lower tiers.

i remember when chara streamed this, basicallt it was based on how the meta for pokemon games are formatted so any weapons in the overused category and a tier under it are banned
